I decided to go with some of the Original Street Fighter for this one. Back when Ryu's hair was red and he sported a swanky powder blue uniform, and Sagat needed something cool so they gave him an eye patch. This is the first time someone accidently did the down, circle forward punch to get the classic HADOKEN!

Ok, I looked at sagats glowing groin and made a couple changes... both of em will be on my blog tho.
